@Bill, thank your for pointing out some of my errors and yes I do need to improve on my English writing (I am Dutch). I recently came in contact with a good editorial reviewer, who I plan to hire to clean up the site and reduce the errors. I know those errors come from my lack of English Grammar and punctuation knowledge.
Hopefully the content provided on this site will make up for these errors.

You can’t even run a spellcheck on your content and you expect people to take you seriously?

Oh, and you should run down to the office supply store and buy a box of commas, then learn how to use them. Wait – commas are free!

I guess you just need to learn how to use them!

@khaled, I am going to do a post that will help you and other WordPress website owners to speed up their website but at this moment you have a bigger problem!
If I run your website through http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ I can see your site has been comprimised with an data:image/png;base64 error which means you got an “eval base64_decode” hack.

Please check all the php files on your site that might have been changed lately and clean them, After that check out my post http://wpsitebuilding.com/how-to-secure-your-wordpress-website-the-basics.html to set the basics to prevent future hacks.

@Rohit Mishra: A 5000 page website will take a log of time to build and you need to do it 1 by 1 for the best results. So it is a lenghty proccess or you have to use a tool like WPRobot

Thanks for your insight. I am constantly trying to better my SEO skills or sometimes lack there of. I also appreciate your input on All In One SEO plug in. I am using it on all my sites. I will have to try WordPress SEO by Yoast as you suggested.

@Miryam, There is always a change that you risk your rankings, but you can limit that risk if your make sure that your new URLs are the same as the old ones. Google also takes webspeed into account so you should check your website loading speed before and after the switch (http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/) and if it is slower than before try a cache plugin like Hyper Cache or W3 Total Cache.
