Brain Gardner, WordPress theme designer extraordinaire, just announced the release of a new theme specifically targeted to Real Estate Agents.
This theme comes with great features like automatic thumbnail creation and special pages for your real estate listing.
There are separate writing panels for your listings with fields for price and other items pertaining to the property. You write the data, and the theme will handle the layout so that every listing has the same format.
For Google maps code, there is a special field where you only need the location code.
It comes with four different color schemes that give you the ability to use the one that best fits your company. You also get the PSD files, so you can make your own changes or hire AgentPress to do further customization for you.

@Chris: The AgentPress is a child theme from Genesis (aff) and is a premium theme. Once you bought it, you have access to the Tutorials en the Support Forum.
Basis it the Genesis (aff) Theme that needst to be installed, after that you install and acivate AgentPress
Theme installation is done via Appreracne -> Themes (aff) > Upload en then point to the theme zip file (on your harddisc), upload and activate…

AgentPress is a great theme, but requires some work to get setup right. With the theme you also get access to the StudioPress (aff) forum which has some tutorials for setting the theme up the right way.
Theres is also a great alternative like ElegantEstate that you can look into.
I am a Realtor and specialize in condo Rentals & Sales. I would like to create a wesite/blog very similar to http://www.miamicitydiggs.com. I notice the templete is available from Agent Press but I do not know what I need to do in order to set it up. How much would you charge to put together the site to the point where I can go in and edit thnigs myself when needed?
@S London: Sorry for the late response, been real busy… Yes, the Miamy cidte uses the AgentPress which is a combination fo Genesis (aff) Framwork wiht the AgentPress Child theme. That theme coast 99.95 Dollar at this moment and comes with access the the Support forum and the theme setup tutorials.
So you need WordPress installed and purchase the theme. I use an hourly rate and if you are interested in my services you can use the contact form for further information.
After installation and configuration of the theme there needs to be some extra work done for basic plugins and seo configuration.
